Venu Mallarapu is an executive leader at the intersection of AI strategy, clinical data innovation, and large-scale operational transformation. As Chief Transformation and AI Officer at eClinical Solutions, he defines and leads the company’s enterprise AI strategy in partnership with the CEO, with board-level oversight, translating vision into execution across the organization and its client base.
Since 2025, Venu has spearheaded eClinical’s Enterprise AI initiative, establishing the governance framework, value measurement framework, and technology strategy driving toward a 20% enterprise-wide productivity improvement. Working with partners including OpenAI, Anthropic, AWS, Databricks, and Snowflake he is helping embed intelligent capabilities across the elluminate Clinical Data Cloud® and eClinical’s global delivery model.
Megan is Associate Director of Clinical Data Innovation at Jazz Pharmaceuticals. A problem solver and applied innovation advocate, she has spent a decade working at the intersection of clinical trials and technology driving towards more efficient and risk-based clinical trial execution. At Jazz, Megan finds and leverages untapped potential in their clinical and real-world data assets through automating clinical data transfers, optimizing process, and delivering creative solutions for data visualizations. Megan is a Chemical Engineer by education with a degree from Northwestern University.
Sean Connolly is the Senior Vice President & General Manager of Life Sciences Solutions at Medable. In this role, Sean leads product management and is responsible for maximizing clinical trial value creation for sponsors through the Medable platform capabilities and delivering streamlined trial operations and high-quality data.
Prior to joining Medable in 2022, Sean spent 7 years at AstraZeneca and most recently was the Global Head of IT – Digital health & Late Stage Drug Development. He has deep expertise in the pharmaceutical industry and across the drug development landscape.
Sean holds a Master of Science degree from George Washington University School of Business and a Bachelor of Business Administration in Information Systems.
