eClinical Solutions is responsible for the processing of personal data it receives, under the Privacy Shield Framework, and subsequently transfers to a third-party acting as an agent on its behalf. eClinical Solutions complies with the Privacy Shield Principles for all onward transfers of personal data from the EU and Switzerland, including the onward transfer liability provisions.

Information About our Service Platform/Application
eClinical Solutions may receive or collect information under the direction of its Clients and has no direct relationship with the individuals whose personal clinical trial data it processes. If you are a customer or patient of one of our Clients and would no longer like to be contacted by one of our Clients that use our service, please contact the Client that you interact with directly. We may transfer personal information to companies that help us provide our service. Transfers to subsequent third parties are covered by the service agreements with our Clients and are pursuant to that Client’s opt in procedures.
eClinical Solutions acknowledges that you have the right to access your personal information. An individual who seeks access, or who seeks to correct, amend, or delete inaccurate data should direct their query to the eClinical Solutions’ Client (the data controller). If eClinical Solutions is requested to remove data, we will respond within a reasonable timeframe.
We retain personal data we process on behalf of our Clients for as long as needed to provide services to our Client. In certain circumstances, eClinical Solutions may also retain this personal information as necessary to comply with our legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce our agreements.
