Nathan Johnson, Chief Product Officer

Nathan Johnson has been with eClinical Solutions for more than half a decade and, prior to his appointment as Chief Product Officer, served as VP of Product Management, VP of Digital Innovation, and Director of Data Engineering. In his new role, Johnson will lead product strategy and roadmap for eClinical Solutions, with a focus on advancing the elluminate Clinical Data Intelligence Platform and delivering solutions that connect data, intelligence, and workflows across clinical development. He will guide the company’s product organization as it advances AI-enabled intelligence and automation across elluminate, helping customers simplify increasingly complex clinical data workflows and make faster, more informed decisions. Johnson holds a Master of Science in Biostatistics from Case Western Reserve University.

Brian Testa, Chief People Officer

As eClinical Solutions continues to scale globally and the AI era transforms how companies work, compete, learn, and create value, Brian Testa brings more than 20 years of executive leadership experience across technology, healthcare, life sciences, and high-growth businesses to his new role as Chief People Officer. He has worked closely with Chief Executive Officers, executive teams, and Board of Directors to align people strategies with business growth, leadership development, organizational effectiveness, and employee development and engagement. Most recently, he served as Chief People Officer at iCAD, a publicly traded life sciences organization, where he led the company’s people strategy through a period of transformation and strategic change. At eClinical Solutions, Testa will lead the company’s People and Culture strategy, ensuring these functions are central to how the company scales, adapts, and performs. Testa holds a Bachelor of Applied Science from Nichols College.

As Chief Financial Officer, Jessica Allen brings nearly two decades of financial leadership experience across healthcare technology, public companies, private equity-backed organizations, and global enterprises. She joins eClinical Solutions after serving as Senior Vice President of Finance and Accounting at Aetion (acquired by Datavant), where she led core finance functions including Accounting, FP&A, treasury, tax, and investor relations. Earlier leadership roles included Amwell, Verizon, Fleetmatics, and Rolls-Royce. In her role at eClinical, she will focus on scaling with discipline, ensuring the company continues to invest in the areas most pertinent for its customers, people, and future. Allen holds a Bachelor of Science in Financial Management from Mount Vernon Nazarene University.
