When I saw elluminate, I’m like- it’s even better! There’s no Excel. This is exactly what I’m trying to do. Then on top of that, there is the bi-directional communication with Rave. So, I don’t even have to leave a note in my listings that I’m opening a query and then go, you know, so for me it was just like this is what I was trying to do, just light years ahead. So for me, it was a- it was a no brainer that this was the way to go.
What a lot of people get pulled into is the visualizations. But for me, it’s the workflow. It’s the fact that everything is happening in one place. I don’t have to leave one place to get everything done. You’ve got the audit trail. Like for me, that’s the real value, right? Everything is in one place. I don’t have to jump through different hoops through different systems. And then when they did the piece with now being able to do the unlicensed users and bringing the vendors into it, I’m like, it just is a no brainer if you know what you’re doing.
For me, what made the most sense was, okay, you guys have a data services group, I’ll just have you be my CRO. So that way we can get into the system, get all the benefits of it, and if at some point we want to do an implementation, all I have to do at that point is the implementation. I don’t have to worry about adoption because we’re already using the system. So, for me it was kind of a no brainer. I was like, yeah, let me go to the people who this is – this is what they use every day. You know, it just made the most sense to use data services.
Oh, trust me, I love elluminate, right? And for me, it’s like – it just makes sense.
