eClinical Solutions’ elluminate Engage Edit 2023 to Examine the Evolving Blueprint of Clinical Digital Development & the State of the Industry
The interactive virtual experience will bring together a community of clinical development leaders to expand on themes from the company’s premier fall eventReleased: May 4, 2023
eClinical Solutions, a global provider of digital clinical software and biometrics services, will convene with global life science leaders on Thursday, May 11 for its annual elluminate® Engage Edit 2023. The half-day virtual event is an offshoot of the company’s annual two-day elluminate Engage conference, offering a continuation to the conversations held at the client and partner conference last November. In a time where 64% of industry leaders are incorporating 6 or more external data sources in their clinical research, and data variety and standardization are two of their top challenges, the company intends to hold conversations that empower eClinical Biometrics Services clients and elluminate Clinical Data Cloud users to adopt new data management approaches. Engage Edit 2023 features a premier corporate sponsorship from life science consulting firm and eClinical Solutions partner, Halloran Consulting Group, Inc.
“We continue to see rapid innovation across clinical trial data and its technology infrastructure and are thrilled to be able to build upon important conversations from our in-person Engage. The sharing made possible at these events helps ensure our client community is operating on the cutting edge and has a strong hold on the state of the industry,” said Sheila Rocchio, chief marketing officer at eClinical Solutions. “Collaboration among our clients, partners, and leadership is essential, and we look forward to uncovering takeaways that fuel our collective goal to streamline the delivery of effective, inclusive therapeutics.”
Raj Indupuri, CEO and co-founder at eClinical Solutions, will deliver the opening keynote address, “The Evolving Blueprint of Digital Clinical Development: Areas of Focus & 2023 Trends.” The presentation will discuss how leaders can optimize the value of data with technology and tools like automation and AI/ML in a time when traditional data management frameworks are no longer adequate.
Following the keynote, a panel session entitled “Choosing Your Own Adventure with elluminate: An Enablement Implementation Journey” will discuss takeaways from Biogen’s deployment of elluminate, their enablement strategy to rapidly deploy studies in the platform and the importance of collaboration to support new technology uptake and workflow changes. The session will be led by Jagadish Dhanraj, director data & analytics management: analytics & data sciences at Biogen, and eClinical Solutions’ Sreekanth Gudapati, VP, elluminate services. Next, “Clinical Issue Management System at BioMarin,” will feature David Evans, associate director, clinical data systems at BioMarin, who will speak on the reasons his company selected the solution and the outcomes they’ve achieved after launching their fourth study utilizing elluminate Data Central.
In the early afternoon, the session “elluminate Adoption Stories for Increased Cross-functional Collaboration and Faster Time to Insights” will be led by Halloran Consulting leaders Karen Travers, principal, and Meghan Patterson, senior specialist, who will present strategies for technology adoption success leading to positive outcomes when working across multiple teams and roles. Afterwards, eClinical Solutions’ product leadership will speak on the panel “From Analytics to Decision: Roadmap & Product Spotlight,” and delve deeper into eClinical Solutions’ technology suite, including what’s coming next for the platform and how the elluminate solutions work together to enable modern, risk-based approaches and drive accuracy and efficiency for users. A product spotlight will focus on the latest innovations within elluminate including the next era of the compute environment with elluminate SCE (Statistical Computing Environment) and AI-enabled data review with elluminate IQ. Executive participants include Robert Musterer, VP, product management; Nathan Johnson, VP, digital innovation; Demi Niforos, VP, biostatistics & statistical programming; Diane Lacroix, VP, clinical data management; Debora Knepp, principal programmer; and Reha Jhunjhunwala, product manager, AI/ML initiatives.
Prior to the day’s key takeaways and closing presentation, eClinical Solutions’ own Katrina Rice, chief delivery officer, biometrics services, will present “Harnessing Innovation to Enhance Biometrics Outcomes.” She will explore how technology and process optimization within biometrics services is enhancing quality and driving efficiency for clients.
