eClinical Solutions Achieves Accreditation on Medidata Patient Cloud and Targeted Source Document Verification (TSDV)
MANSFIELD, MA – February 18, 2016 – eClinical Solutions, LLC, an industry-leading provider of end-to-end data management services and technologies, announced their latest accreditations to customize and support two additional solutions within the Medidata Clinical Cloud® platform. eClinical has gained accreditation in Medidata’s electronic patient-reported outcomes app (Medidata Patient Cloud ePRO) and targeted SDV technology (Medidata TSDV) in order to enhance its patient and site engagement capabilities.
Recognized as an industry leader in data management, eClinical Solutions has been a Medidata partner since 2008, first gaining accreditations in Medidata’s electronic data capture and management system (Medidata Rave®) and medical coding technology (Medidata Coder®). By expanding its ongoing partnership with Medidata—the leading global provider of cloud-based solutions for clinical research in life sciences—eClinical has been able to provide a better site, patient, and sponsor experience throughout its clinical development programs.
“We are delighted to further collaborate with a forward-thinking organization such as eClinical Solutions,” said Michael Pinto, Medidata’s executive vice president of global field operations. “eClinical’s increased use and growing expertise in the Medidata Clinical Cloud exemplifies their dedication to driving more strategic and more patient-centric clinical research for their clients. We look forward to continuing to support them to create advantages and to succeed.”
“At eClinical Solutions, our goal is to accelerate drug development by marrying our core data management and industry expertise with innovative processes and cutting-edge technology partners like Medidata,” comments Katrina Rice, Vice President of Professional Services for eClinical Solutions. “Not only does Patient Cloud allow eClinical Solutions to easily integrate ePRO up front into the clinical database, it improves the overall patient experience, brings forth a richer data set and promotes greater efficiency across our clinical programs. Additionally, by harnessing Medidata TSDV, we’re able to work more closely with our clinical operations team in determining exactly what data needs to undergo SDV and understanding how to supplement their efforts with data trends and visualizations—further enabling us to conduct more insightful, data-driven research programs for our life sciences customers.”
