Raj is responsible for the overall direction and management of the company and is a Mechanical Engineer with an MBA from Boston University who firmly believes data is the new fuel that will drive human progress.

With over 20 years of experience in the medical and life science industries, Bob has built organizational strategies and processes for a myriad of organizations responsible for the collection of data including ePRO, Lab, IVR, and clinical data. As one of the founders of eClinical Solutions, he designs and implements strategies for the industry adoption of the technologies and services offered by the organization, as well as identifying and building strategic partner channels for business development. Bob’s unique interpersonal skills and drive in building positive company culture enables him to pursue his true passion, which is coaching, mentoring, and helping employees reach their personal and business objectives.

Sam has spent the past 20 years of his career leveraging cutting edge technologies to revolutionize clinical trials. In addition to software development, Sam has deep expertise in a diverse set of technologies including IT infrastructure, web technologies, information security, database design, business intelligence, big data platforms and analytics. As CTO at eClinical Solutions, he harnesses the power of software development, big data, AI and machine learning to help advance technology innovation in life sciences.

Marty has over 20 years of experience in business development in the life sciences industry and has implemented a multitude of sales strategies and processes for global service organizations. His experience ranges from developing sales and marketing strategies for both clinical technologies as well as clinical services. His passion is combining the creative and consultative to give eClinical’s clients an experience that is memorable, positive, and unique. Marty joined eClinical Solutions in 2009 and is responsible for global business development and customer success.

Vidhi is a dynamic marketing leader with 20+ years’ demonstrated success delivering innovative, impactful marketing strategies in the technology and clinical research market. With experience gained at IBM in both the hardware and the software groups, focused on market intelligence and marketing management, and at clinical research technology companies such as Medidata Solutions, ERT, Trialbee and AiCure, Vidhi has consistently focused on driving topline growth and brand strength for B2B companies.

Vidhi has a bachelor’s in economics with a minor in chemistry from the University of Pennsylvania and a MBA in management and marketing from Columbia Business School. Vidhi was born in the UK and raised in Stavanger, Norway, and Jakarta, Indonesia, and has traveled across Europe and Asia.

Katrina Rice is an accomplished Chief Delivery Officer with an impressive career that spans over 25 years and includes advancement into increasingly demanding leadership roles. With a solid history of leading business transformations and managing global portfolios, she is as much at home scaling operations as she is in developing strategies that drive revenue growth. At eClinical Solutions, Katrina was recently promoted from Executive Vice President of Professional Services to Chief Delivery Officer. She has previously held various technical roles at Lockheed Martin Energy Group and Bayer. Katrina holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Computer Science from Alabama Agricultural and Mechanical University and a Master of Science degree in Computer Science with Advanced Applications from the University of New Haven. In her free time, Katrina is an active participant of Chief, a private network for women in senior leadership roles, Treasurer in her church where she oversees all financial aspects and a Member of the Delta Sigma Theta Sorority Incorporated, a not-for-profit organization dedicated to public service with an emphasis on programs that assist the African American community.

Venu Mallarapu is a digital innovation leader with over two decades of experience in business and IT advisory, strategic consulting, relationship, and delivery management to global life sciences organizations. As eClinical Solutions’ Vice President of Global Strategy and Operations, Venu is responsible for strategic development to meet global demand for the company’s platform and service offerings. He brings his expertise in collaboration and building teams to drive adoption, market expansion and innovation of the elluminate Clinical Data Cloud and eClinical’s Biometrics Services, ensuring current and future clients recognize value as industry needs evolve. Venu is a subject matter expert in Clinical, Regulatory, Quality and Safety & Pharmacovigilance functions, and has delivered Strategy & Transformation Advisory Consulting to top global Pharma, Biotech, Vaccine, and Medical Devices clients. He has spoken at various Life Sciences and Tech industry events and is a recognized thought leader in R&D with published articles.

Chandra Koduru is an established leader with ~ 25 years of experience in the IT Industry, playing various roles across technology, project management, delivery management, human resources, and operations. As VP & Head, India Operations at eClinical Solutions, he is responsible for leading sustainable and highly effective delivery teams and corporate functions in India and supporting the organization’s competitiveness in the global markets by creating, aligning, and scaling organizational objectives and driving growth.

A life sciences industry veteran and clinical systems expert, Rob Musterer has over 25 years of experience in clinical programming, biostatistics and data management in large pharmaceutical companies including Bayer Healthcare and Schering-Plough Pharmaceuticals. Rob most recently served as President of ER Squared, Inc., a life sciences consulting firm with an e-clinical focus. Rob began in pharma as a data manager. Seeing possibilities to improve the model, he engaged in early deployments of electronic data capture (EDC) systems and championed the change management required to adopt EDC. Rob has dedicated his career to helping the life sciences industry obtain greater time-to-value from their solutions and break from historical clinical research processes through innovation. His expertise extends far beyond EDC and includes data management services, clinical trial programming, data repositories, data visualization, clinical trial management systems (CTMS), standardization, validation and more.

Sreekanth Gudapati is Vice President, elluminate Services at eClinical Solutions, where he ensures that the elluminate Clinical Data Cloud meets the digital-clinical data strategy needs of elluminate clients. He brings over 15 years of deep industry knowledge, including expertise in ETL development, data warehouses and repositories, data analytics and visualization.

Evan brings over 25 years of Quality Assurance and Compliance experience across regulated environments to eClinical Solutions. In his current role, Evan is responsible for the development and management of the Quality Management System, Audits, Compliance Oversight, System Validation, and GCP Compliance Programs. Additionally, he ensures the Data Privacy Program is in line with current governing laws and regulations while being primary responsible for the SOC2 Type II and ISO 27001/27701 certification efforts. Evan also serves as the Data Protection Officer and Record Retention Officer.

Gary has over 30 years of experience as a business and HR leader, including extensive experience in both internal HR leadership roles as well as consulting practice leadership roles for a range of industries including professional services, software, health care, and financial services. At eClinical Solutions Gary leverages people, process, and technology to improve business performance. Bringing his unique combination of HR, consulting and business management backgrounds to his role at eClinical, Gary is a proactive leader who is passionate about aligning HR and business strategy.

With 25 years of experience in corporate transactions and business law, Jay has represented a variety of clients (individuals, companies, entrepreneurs, lending institutions, borrowers, buyers and sellers) in numerous areas. He is licensed to practice before the state and federal courts in Massachusetts and New Hampshire. He currently serves as General Counsel for eClinical Solutions LLC, where he is responsible for all contracts and agreements with customers, vendors and employees, as well as technology licensing, intellectual property, data privacy, insurance, and risk and compliance matters. He volunteers his time as Chair of the YMCA of Greater Nashua Board of Trustees and as a coach for youth baseball, soccer and basketball.

Kasey is an accomplished leader with 14 years of experience in software project management and implementation. As VP, Project Management Office at eClinical Solutions, she is responsible for oversight of Data Services and elluminate Services Project Management. She brings a dedicated focus to the whole customer experience and supporting long-term partnerships with our sponsors. Prior to joining eClinical in 2016, Kasey served in progressive project management roles at erecruit and Infrared5 Inc. Kasey is PMP certified and holds an MBA from the University of Denver.

Mike Mancuso is a former CEO of Philips Healthcare where he successfully led a $6B global Healthcare Group specializing in Software, Services, and Solutions in Patient Monitoring, Therapeutic Care, Cardiology/Radiology, and Sleep. Since joining Philips in 2008, Mike has been a Thought Leader and a Transformation Agent in several technology innovations including Mobility, Hospital2Home, Genomics, Wearable Computing, Integrated Medical Devices, and The Internet of Things. Prior to Philips, Mike was the CEO of three Software companies involved with wireless, video, and data management.

Mark A. deLaar is a Managing Director with global growth equity investor Summit Partners, and he focuses primarily on the healthcare services & technology and life sciences sectors.
