In addition, Eliassen Group's Technology Staffing Division considers the experience of its technical recruiters to be an important differentiator. These recruiters have an average tenure of 9 years in the technology staffing industry. Our Recruiting Managers have an average of 11 years at Eliassen and 11 years in technology recruitment. Because of our long tenured recruiting staff, our recruiters have built long-term relationships with the consultant base. This gives the consultant a high level of consistency when working for Eliassen Group. Our technical recruiters do a great job of getting to know the consultants, the clients, and the market to help ensure that the position is the "right match" and that the consultant is receiving a fair rate. This is evidenced in our 2008 data which indicates that the Division has enjoyed a 96% placement success rate this year.

Specific to our statistical programming Functional Outsourcing, we have implemented the following steps:

• Pre-screening the candidates for SAS programming, clinical domain knowledge, and statistics related skills,
• Phone screening of candidates selected in above steps to validate their experience in clinical reporting, safety and efficacy domain knowledge, trial designs, and therapeutic area specific knowledge. Candidates are also screened for their knowledge of regulatory guidelines such as Good Clinical Practices, 21 CFR Part-11 compliance requirements, and
• On-site interview and scrutiny of candidate for Statistical programming scenarios and cases. Review of prior sample work completed by the candidate.
