Project Management

eClinical Solutions Project Managers (PMs) are the primary contact to our clients for the management and QC of deliverables, resource management and project management. Our experienced PMs facilitate the launch of new projects, coordinate with the eClinical Solutions Operational Manager and Client contact and monitor the status of the project work along the way while providing periodic project updates.

Our project managers are highly experienced in interacting with statisticians, clinicians, data managers, and clinical protocol managers in setting the programming deliverable milestones and in planning an adequate number of project resources.

One of the key strengths of our project management is our ability to accommodate new or transitioned work upon very short notice.

A critical component for Project Managers is the responsibility for tracking metrics and updating project status plans with full transparency to the client.
