Mona Eliassen has been an industry leader in the technology staffing solutions industry since the 1990s. She developed Eliassen Group's strategic direction right through the development of eClinical Solutions and developed clients ranging in size from Internet startups to Fortune 1000 companies. Considered a woman entrepreneur pioneer, Mona has been chosen as a finalist for Ernst & Young's "Entrepreneur of the Year" awards, been inducted into the Women's Business "Hall of Fame" and selected as Incentive Magazine's "Motivator of the Year." She also co-chaired the National Association of Computer Consultant Business' (NACCB) 2005 Annual Conference.

Ken Dreyer is responsible for the growth of Eliassen Group and eClinical Solutions and for ensuring that the excellence we advocate is experienced by clients, consultants and partners. Prior to joining Eliassen as CEO in 2007, Ken consulted to Eliassen Group on matters ranging from strategic planning and account planning to team building for the previous six years. Additionally, he oversees new employee orientation and development of current employees as part of the company's commitment to excelling in all endeavors. Earlier in his career, Ken was CEO, president and chairman of several successful corporations in the Boston area and serviced on several boards.

Dave MacKeen is responsible for Eliassen Group's Technology Staffing core operations of sales and recruiting. As CFO, he oversees Eliassen Group's financial, accounting, human resource and legal functions, as well as mergers and acquisitions for the company. He joined Eliassen Group in 1999 after six years in Keane, Inc.'s corporate finance department. He is currently president of the New England Chapter of TechServe Alliance (formerly NACCB) and a member of the Bentley College Executive Club Board of Directors.

Susan Bornstein, MPH, oversees the eClinical Solutions delivery team who provide a wide range of expert services in support of global clinical trials in the bio-pharma industry. eClinical Solutions focuses primarily on end-to-end data management, EDC implementations, technical consulting and training services. Susan has been involved in clinical research since 1988 and has clinical research leadership experience in both industry and academia. Before joining Eliassen Group in 2006 to launch eClinical Solutions, Susan had been Program Director in the Neurology Global Product Development Unit and Worldwide Director of Data Management at Serono, Inc. where she led global EDC implementation. Before that she had served as Worldwide Senior Director of Data Management at MTRA/AAI Pharma and as Data Analyst at the Center for Human Genetics at Boston University. Susan's industry contributions include: Electronic Clinical Forum Steering Committee Member and SCDM Board of Director, and part of team to initiate the SCDM Good Clinical Data Management Practices.

Jeff Rogers provides the strategic leadership in all sales and business development initiatives for eClinical Solutions. Jeff has been managing sales teams and leading operational efforts for services and solutions organizations since 1988. Prior to joining Eliassen Group in 2007, he was Regional President for the national staffing and managed services provider, Yoh Services. At Yoh, Jeff oversaw the sales and operations personnel in more than 20 locations in the Eastern U.S., as well as in Britain.

Peggy Murphy drives the sales planning and execution for the Eliassen Group, both in the greater Boston area and in Eliassen Group's national division. Her staff offers technology staffing solutions for corporate, government and non-profit clients across several industries, including financial services, high technology, healthcare and life sciences. Peggy has been with the company since 1995. Before joining Eliassen Group, she was at Office Specialists (now Randstad) and at State Street Research and Management.

Mike McBrierty oversees Eliassen Group's recruiting and retention programs for consultants, as well as the Direct Hire division. Based on his over 20 years of staffing industry experience, Mike has built a high performance recruiting team at Eliassen focused on building long-term relationships with consultants and candidates. Before joining Eliassen in 1996, Mike spent 11 years with Sullivan & Cogliano where he had been Recruiting Manager, then Vice President of Recruiting and General Manager.

Larry Hemley oversees all of Eliassen Group's marketing efforts including the creation, strategic development and implementation of all marketing including websites, collateral, marketing programs, tradeshows and career fairs, advertising, and direct mail. He joined Eliassen Group in 2008 after four years as Vice President of Marketing for On Assignment (ASGN), one of the nation's premier providers of contract staffing for healthcare, scientific, IT and engineering. He previously served as Director of Marketing and Communications for COMSYS Information Technology Services (VENP) and directed marketing for Stanford Financial Group, a Houston-based financial organization. He was formerly an account manager and sales manager for Houston Business Journal and a former Professor of Advertising at the University of Houston where he spent five years.

Dave Taliaferro manages all technology operations at Eliassen Group and eClinical Solutions, including ongoing customization of Eliassen Group's CRM system that is the software backbone of its quality recruiting and sales effort. Before joining Eliassen's management team, Dave had been an active Eliassen consultant. With over 20 years experience in software development, Dave's internal perspective on consultants is invaluable to both Recruiting and Sales. Dave also serves on the Manchester/Essex Technology Committee.
